First for Anders

My "high" for yesterday was that Anders rolled over from his belly to his back for the first time!!!!

My "low" was that his first ear infection was diagnosed.

Daddy Time

My summer classes recently started so Jeff and Anders have been having some quality time together. They have been reading, playing music and/or signing.....Anders loves his daddy time! Please note that I wasn't too excited about Jeff's "creative" bottle feeding, but it worked because in the end Anders was fed and happy.

First Home and First Garage

Jeff and I moved into our first home at the end of December. There are many things that we love about being homeowners, one of which is having a garage. Between painting, putting in new flooring and getting ready for baby Anders it did not take us long to realize the full potential of our garage; however it was this past weekend that I realized our garage was getting to be a little out of hand and that it was time to take some action. We spent most of Saturday and yesterday doing some spring cleaning....see the before and after pictures. I think that it is important to note that Jeff and I have moved almost every year during our six years of marriage, and of those six years due to many moves and lack of space, many of our packed things stayed in boxes. So, I am proud to say that this past weekend was probably the first time in 6 years that everything has been unpacked and put in a place. It is a good feeling!

New Wheels

I just bought a used jogging stroller off Craigs list yesterday (I'm a big advocate of Craigs list -you can find everything on there). It was a mother's day gift from my sweet husband. To be honest, I am not sure how much jogging I will really do but walking trails here we come. Anders looks pretty excited about his new wheels too. I can't wait to use it!

Graduate

Congratulations to Jeff!!!! He graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary this past Saturday! We are so very proud of him.

Spring is here....

Between the rainy days we have been trying to go for a walk of some kind and enjoy the nice weather. The other night was the first night for Anders to break loose from the stroller and take a walk with daddy, Baby Bjourn style. He loved it!!!!
